National Council of Education for Computer & Skill Development (NCECSD)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, participation, and conduct at the National Council of Education for Computer & Skill Development (NCECSD). By registering for any course, workshop, seminar, or service offered by NCECS, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Students must meet the minimum academic and/or age criteria as specified for each course.

  • Admission is subject to verification of submitted documents and payment of applicable fees.

2. Course Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon full or partial payment of the applicable course fees as per NCECS guidelines.

  • All fees must be paid within the timelines communicated. Delayed payments may attract late fees or cancellation of admission.

  • Fees once paid are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in classes and practical sessions to be eligible for certification.

  • Repeated absenteeism or late arrivals may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain decorum, discipline, and respectful behavior at all times.

  • Any misconduct, including cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or damage to property, will result in disciplinary action which may include suspension or permanent expulsion.

5. Use of Institute Resources

  • All computers, labs, internet access, and materials provided by NCECS are to be used solely for educational purposes.

  • Misuse, damage, or theft of any property or equipment will result in penalties and possible legal action.

6. Course Content & Schedule

  • NCECS reserves the right to revise course content, schedules, faculty, or delivery modes (online/offline/hybrid) without prior notice.

  • Students are responsible for keeping up with academic requirements and updates provided by the institute.

7. Certification & Assessment

  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all modules, assessments, and fulfillment of attendance criteria.

  • The decision of NCECS in evaluating student performance and eligibility for certification shall be final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, and media shared during the course remain the intellectual property of NCECSD.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • NCECS is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or financial damages incurred during the course of training.

  • The institute does not guarantee job placement or income outcomes post-certification; however, assistance may be provided as per the availability of placement services.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Student data collected during the registration and training process will be used solely for academic and administrative purposes.

  • NCECS will not share personal data with third parties without student consent, except where required by law.

11. Amendments

  • NCECSD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the official website or notice board.

  • Continued participation in courses after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bankura , West Bengal .
