CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
National Council of Education for Computer & Skill Development (NCECSD)

At the National Council of Education for Computer & Skill Development (NCECS), we are committed to delivering high-quality computer and vocational training. To maintain the integrity and sustainability of our programs, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy applies to all students enrolling in any course offered by NCECS.

1. Course Cancellation by the Student

Students may cancel their enrollment under the following terms:

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
A student is eligible for a 100% refund of tuition fees (excluding registration or admission charges) if the cancellation request is made within 7 calendar days of enrollment and before the commencement of the course.

  • Cancellation After 7 Days but Before Course Commencement:
A 50% refund of the tuition fees will be issued (registration/admission fees are non-refundable).

  • Cancellation After Course Commencement:
No refund will be provided once the course has commenced, regardless of attendance.

Note: Registration and admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Course Cancellation by NCECSD

If a course is canceled by NCECSD due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other institutional reasons:

  • Students will be offered the choice of:

    • A full refund, including registration/admission fees, or

    • A transfer to another course of equal value, subject to availability.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

  • Requests to transfer from one course or batch to another will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and management approval.

  • Additional fees may apply based on the new course selection.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the student must:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email or in person to the Administration Office.

  2. Attach proof of payment and the original receipt.

  3. Include the reason for cancellation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment or as otherwise agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Admission/Registration Fees

  • Study Materials, Books, or Kits once issued

  • Any service already availed (e.g., lab usage, workshops, seminars)

6. Special Considerations

In rare and justified cases such as medical emergencies, relocation, or other serious personal circumstances, partial refunds or course deferrals may be considered. Written evidence must be provided and approval is at the sole discretion of the NCECS management.

7. Policy Amendments

NCECS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All current students will be informed of any significant changes via official communication channels.
